This does not absolve you of any responsibility regarding your health, and we cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained in one of our classes or in our studio, except when as a result of our proven negligence. It is the responsibility of every client to attend class at their own risk, and only when advised by a medical professional that they are safe to do so.

If you wish to cancel your membership at any time - you can still book classes up until the end of your monthly period.

  • 5 or 10 Class Packs: If you have booked a class using a class pack, we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled before this point will result in your credit being added back to your account to use again. After the 12 hour deadline, your credit will not be reinstated.

  • One-off class bookings are non-refundable. If however you wish to move your reservation to an alternative class before the 12 hour cut off, please email hello@mindyp.co.uk and we can action this for you.

Promotions and Offers

  • Promotions and Offers: Our introductory membership offer is available all year round which entitles you to one month of unlimited classes for £35. This is to be used once per customer, and repeat use of this offer will result in your account being deleted and class admittance being revoked.

  • Seasonal offers will run for various time periods throughout the year. Each offer will have their own set of terms which must be read carefully when purchasing.

Studio Etiquette and Lateness

  • Lateness Policy: From Monday 10th February 2025 we will no longer be allowing late entry. This is due to the fact that clients entering the space once the class has begun can cause significant disruption to other attendees of the session. At the class start time the front door will be locked, and no further admittance will be granted. Please respect this boundary, and do not knock or attempt to enter the studio. If you miss your session due to exceptional circumstances, please email hello@mindyp.co.uk, and a member of our team may be able to transfer your class credit. This will be up to our discretion, and we cannot guarantee any refund or class transfer should you miss a session due to lateness.

  • Upon entering the studio, please respect our space by removing your shoes at the door. Please proceed to take your belongings downstairs to our changing room where there are hooks and storage for bags and coats. Please do not keep items such as coats and bags beside you at the mat to ensure a clear practice area free of trip hazards.

  • Clients are responsible for their own belongings when inside the building. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost when attending a class. Please note that the studio door will be locked once class begins, and no further admittance will be granted to the changing areas.

  • Lost Property: If you leave any belongings behind at the studio, please pop us over an email to arrange a time for collection or ask your teacher at that start of your next class. Any items that we have had in our possession for 30 days or more will be given to charity.

  • If you have used our equipment during a class, please ensure that you sanitise it with the cleaning products provided. This ensures the safety of our clients and helps to ensure that our space remains clean and welcoming.

  • Any anti-social behaviour or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated in our studio. If you are abusive to a member of our staff, a fellow client or to our property in any way, you will be asked to leave the premises. Customers asked to leave the studio before the end of a class will not be refunded.
