At MIND, we are dedicated to creating a sense of community among our members. Here you can find updates on all of our upcoming workshops and events. In the new year, we will be hosting at least one event a month, with exclusive deals for our members.

Join us for an empowering workshop to close the year with clarity and intention. The 'Manifest' Workshop is your chance to let go of the past year’s weight and embrace the possibilities of the year ahead. This workshop is less about new year's resolutions and more about acknowledging what will make you a healthier and happier version of yourself in the new year.

 

This workshop will begin with a grounding ‘Flow and Restore’ yoga session, followed by a guided meditation and visualisation designed to help release the past year. This will be followed by refreshments and herbal tea setting us up for a 45 minute ‘Manifestation’ session of journalling and goal setting for 2025. This is be a joyful session rooted in positivity for the future, and the opportunity to connect with other members of the MIND community.

Early parenthood can be a beautiful, overwhelming and at times, lonely, journey. Our ‘Mother’s Circle’ workshop is a 3 hour session designed for people currently experiencing the early stages of parenthood. Join our motherhood specialist Emily for a gentle yoga flow and guided meditation, followed by herbal tea and refreshments, journalling and an opportunity to talk and connect with likeminded parents. The theme of this workshop is 'Nurture and Restore' - giving you a space to relax and be vulnerable, and build yourself back up ready for the end of the year.
