BETHAN

(She/Her)

Bethan is a Pilates and Barre instructor who has been teaching across London studios for the last 6 years. Alongside this, she is also a professional dancer and actress and loves to bring elements of her dance training into her classes. Expect an energetic and fun class with lots of attention to technique, posture and injury prevention. Her goal is for attendees to leave the class feeling energised, stronger and with a greater understanding of their bodies. Outside of the studio, you’ll find Bethan exploring every single independent coffee shop in South East London, and I suppose you could say she’s a bit of a coffee snob!

ELLIE

(She/Her)

As a drama school student back in 2012, Ellie first stumbled upon the transformative practice of yoga, initially drawn by its physical benefits and then quite quickly captivated by the profound impact it had on her mental well-being. With a particular love for the flow of Vinyasa, and the connection of movement and breath, Ellie’s classes are a fun blend of movement and mindfulness, crafted to be inclusive and welcoming to all. Ellie believes yoga is for everyone, and you do not need to be able to touch your toes! Having experienced a lot of anxiety in her teens and 20s, Ellie is particularly interested in sharing the practice with Teenagers, knowing how confusing and stressful that time of life can be, and knowing how beneficial it would have been for her had she found Yoga sooner. In a world where social media is at the forefront of everything, we’re glued to our devices, and feel pressure more than ever, Yoga can be the perfect moment of your day to take a break from the noise, move the body, connect to your breath, and quieten the busy mind. Fun fact: Ellie is also a keen illustrator, painter and qualified Florist.
